Imagine how you could be feeling today after an amazing massage!
Stress can come at us from many directions and it can be tough to manage our own health at times.
I know this from personal experience. I have had those days when the tension in my neck is so bad I can hardly turn my head and my head aches from the overall pressure. At these moments, we are not feeling joyful or productive to say the least. Often we are energetically drained and grumpy in these situations. Who wants this? No one!
When life's challenges start to negatively effect our mental and physical health in the form of headaches, restriction or pain in movement, trouble concentrating and diminished motivation, it is not too late for a quick turn around.
Massage therapy can be one of the best tools to immediately free us from the point of pain and frustration.
Massage is not just a luxury. When it is done right by a caring professional, the positive results can be felt directly in our muscles and tissues, releasing the pain and bringing healing nutrients to the troubled areas.

How can Massage Help Me?
Q: Will massage help with my chronic pain?
A: Yes. Chronic pain can often be from tightness in the connective tissue surrounding our muscles and joints and the type of massage I do works with the muscle and connective tissue and can help with past injuries, trauma and/or ongoing pain signals.
Q: What type of massage do you do?
A: I use many techniques during any given session after an assessment of a clients needs. Each massage is customized and may include any or all of the following techniques: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Reiki, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, and Stretching.
Q: Will I be in pain after my massage?
A: A proper deep tissue massage should be deliberate and slow to allow tense areas to release without so much forcing. I have not had any of my clients report to me any cases of any bruising or additional pain other then the occasional soreness from lactic acid being released from the hardened tense muscles. This release is actually beneficial for muscle recovery and health.
Q: How long have you been doing massage?
A: I have been a massage therapist since 2004 and have completed well over 6,000 massages.
Q: How should I get ready for my massage?
A: Once you have an appointment made, really all you have to do is be ready to relax! For people to have the best experience possible, be ready on time, do not have a heavy meal just prior to a massage, be fairly clean, dressed comfortably, and mentally be ready to leave your stress behind.
